30-50 minute activity to show the components which make up high performance, and how to recognise and overcome the barriers to it.
Aims & Outcomes
|1. To introduce participants to the factors that influence action and results (Performance Equation)
|2. To introduce participants to the concept of ‘psychological barriers’ and how they can hold people back.
|3. To inform participants of the value of sport in developing a ‘performance mind set’ that can lead to success in other aspects of life.
